Well, we went to sleep last night… after enjoying the snow, only to wake this morning with it already gone (except for the five perfectly sculpted snowballs in my freezer).
Of course, the destruction is done: 10 car pile-up on the Beltway at 45,
closures of 225, the Sam Houston Ship Channel Bridge, Beltway at Beamer & Fairmont. The way the media hypes it, it’s as if a blizzard just hit Houston. I don’t know about all that, but I do know that we (not everyone, but us specifically), got more snow last night than we did during the white Christmas of 2004.
And Carissa LOVED ALL OF IT.
